PLEASE READ THROUGH THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

All prices for Items are given in Swiss Francs, excl. shiping costs and VAT/ MWSt. and its depending of shiping Country.  For shiping costs select your Country below. The end customer agrees to take all import duties and taxes for European countries. Delivery dates are depends on the postal servises in the land where the order was made. Therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the customer refuse to accept his order we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
The sales agreement will be conformed after the payment reception. The payment carry through Paypal. 
The processing starts immediately. Please take into account that we work with very limited quantities. In the case if the item is not on the stock, you will be informed about delivery date. If the item on the stock, it will be sent immediately. 

 

DELIVERY & DELAYS

The goods will be sent by Post / Priority: in Switzerland (9CHF, 2-7 Days, depends of availability ), in the EU (19 CHF, 7-14 Days) and Russia (19 CHF, 20 Days). In case of non-receipt of the invoice amount from customer, the product will be not developed.

 

 

RETURNES &EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges, Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size, or other piece/ -es, if the first ordered article in the wished size/color is alredy sold, but for the same price or more. 
The customer will bare all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as the payment fee from the Paylal payments.
All purchased items can be returned. 
  • You have 30 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, a fax, a letter in the mail, or over the phone. 
Regardless of which option you choose, please ensure that the following provisions are met:
  • All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached
  • All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package  
  • Return shipments must be made using the service used for original delivery
We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.
 
Please note that we can only accept exchanges and returnes from the country which the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to Switzerland, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from Switzerland.
No costs will be covered in the case the items goes missing by return shipping. We recomend to send with track&trace shiping servise. 
 
 
PRIVACY POLICY
Your details will not be disclosed to third parties. Customer details are stored only for order fulfilment.
