Little Vivi is a completely normal girl. If it weren't for her striking purple hair, which is admired at home but ridiculed at kindergarten. Children tease Vivi until she refuses to go to kindergarten. 
But then something miraculous happens: a fairy appears and teaches Vivi to appreciate her appearance...
